New indicators for commercial technical support development

Quality management has been developing and its application is feasible not only in control rooms production-related departments. New techniques tools have developed to seek a better level of customer stakeholder satisfaction. The work question case study the quality tools, more specifically two performance indicators, measure efficiency technical support service commercial team provided by large company food industry. analysis data obtained showed that indicators evaluated were effective this task allowed us see opportunities for improvement provided. From results their it was possible verify proposed are perfectly applicable, providing clear objective answers, which allows precise decision making focused on company's objective.
